Electrical Engineer from the Sonora Institute of Technology. Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Morelia Institute of Technology. Doctor in Electrical Engineering from CINVESTAV-Guadalajara. Member of the National Researchers System (SNI, Mexico) since 2017. He was a visiting researcher at the University of Texas at Austin in 2021, where he received the Fulbright scholarship. He served as a CONACyT Researcher at INEEL from 2014-2022, participating in three projects under contract and four from the CONACyT-SENER fund. He was the technical leader of two funded projects. He is currently a researcher for Mexico at CONACyT and has been assigned to the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at ITSON.
